Mam Mam’s Signature Yu Sheng is refreshing, colorful, healthy and wholesome. The focal point of the dish here is the freshness of the ingredients and the use of seasonal fruits like green mango, pomelo and dragon fruit. This medley of fruits and vegetables conflated with a combination of pickled and marinated elements is topped off with a traditional plum sauce and tossed to a bright, cheery year ahead.
Our Treasure Pot Pen Cai comes in 2 sizes. This clay pot of goodness is filled with layers and layers of prime ingredients such as premium dried scallop, superior dried oysters and fish maw in a thick, golden chicken stock which has been reduced slowly over 24 hours. We use the most revered grade of dried shitake mushrooms to impart their earthy, full-bodied flavour lending a firm, meaty texture to its other counterparts of prawns and roasted chicken. This perfect union of decadent ingredients in a one pot dish literally translates to a “basin” of wealth and is representative of the goodness and prosperity that is bound to be blessed upon your family in the new year
